The congress will be held on 20–21 February 2026 at Novotel Bosphorus Istanbul.
Through the official congress website at gencmi@feniksturizm.com.tr you may access the congress programme, abstract submission system and all other relevant information.
The official language of the congress is Turkish. Simultaneous translation will be provided for sessions with international speakers.
The registration desk will be open between 08:00–22:00 on 20–21 February. You can collect your name badge, certificate of attendance and meeting documents from the registration desk. Name badges must be worn during all scientific and social activities throughout the congress.
Certificates of attendance will be given to all registered participants on 21 February 2026.
All abstracts will be submitted online via the abstract submission system on the congress website.
Upon request, invitation letters for congress participation to be presented to institutions will be sent to participants by the Organizing Secretariat. These invitation letters are intended solely for permission purposes. Registration and accommodation expenses of participants holding an invitation letter are to be covered by the participants themselves.
